About CA Ranjay Mishra

CA Ranjay Mishra is a highly respected lecturer specialising in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Accounting Standards, Valuation, Strategic Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Cost Accounting Standards. He has delivered corporate lectures on IFRS and Ind AS to various organisations, including ICAI CPE circles.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009, passing all levels of the CA course on the first attempt (CA PE I – May 2004, CA PE II – Nov 2005, CA Final – May 2008). He completed his Articleship in April 2009 and became a member of ICAI the same year.

CA Mishra was appointed as a Special Invitee Member of the Accounting Standards Board (ASB) of ICAI for 2011-12 and 2012-13, and as a Co-opted Member of the Ind AS and IFRS Board for 2014-15. He was again invited as a Special Invitee Member of ASB ICAI for 2024-25.
