• Purchase & billing: when you buy a course, the details you enter at checkout (name, email, phone, billing address) and the payment are processed by our payment gateway. We do not store your full card/bank credentials.
• Support & enquiries: information you share via forms, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
• AI Assistant usage: the questions you ask the IFRS Doubt Assistant, any images you upload with a question, and the responses generated. These are logged to help us improve answer quality and support you.
• Technical data: basic device/browser information and IP address, used for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide access to purchased courses and the AI Assistant.
• To process payments and deliver the products/services you purchase.
• To verify your enrolment before granting access to paid features (e.g., the AI Assistant is available only to students who have purchased the relevant course).

• To improve our courses, website, and the quality of AI-generated answers.

• To send you essential service communications (e.g., login codes, order confirmations).

• Google — for "Sign in with Google" authentication and for the AI model that powers the Doubt Assistant.
• Our payment gateway (CCAvenue) — to securely process payments. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.
• Our hosting, email, and workflow providers — to deliver the website, emails (e.g., login codes), and backend processing.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers. You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings, though doing so will sign you out.
