Refund & Cancellation Policy

All course purchases are final. Because our courses are digital educational products delivered instantly, fees are non-refundable once a purchase is completed.
1. No-Refund Policy
Our courses consist of digital content — video lectures, downloadable/streamable materials, books, question banks, and access to the IFRS AI Doubt Assistant. Once payment is completed and access is granted (or course materials/keys are dispatched), the purchase is considered fully delivered and is not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation. This applies regardless of the extent to which the content has been viewed or used.
2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Digital learning content, once accessed, cannot be "returned." To keep our courses affordable and to protect our intellectual property from misuse, we are unable to offer refunds. We strongly encourage you to review the course details, validity, delivery format, and the free previews/enquiry options before purchasing, and to reach us on WhatsApp with any questions first.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment was debited but your order was not confirmed, or if you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference. We will verify with our payment gateway and, if a genuine duplicate/failed charge is confirmed, arrange the appropriate correction or reversal for that erroneous amount only.
4. Access or Delivery Issues
If you are unable to access a course you have paid for, or a physical item (e.g., Pen Drive/books) was not delivered, please contact us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the access/delivery issue so you receive what you purchased.
