These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, courses, study materials, and services of Ranjay Mishra Classes("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a course, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Enrolment & Account
To purchase courses and access student features you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Access to certain features (such as the IFRS AI Doubt Assistant) is granted only to students who have purchased the relevant course, and is verified against your purchase.
2. Course Access & Validity
Each course specifies its own validity period, views, and delivery format (e.g., Google Drive or Pen Drive) on its product page. Access is personal to you and valid for the stated duration from the date of purchase. We may update or improve course content from time to time.
3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All lectures, books, notes, question banks, recordings, and other materials are the intellectual property of Ranjay Mishra Classes and CA Ranjay Mishra, protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for your personal study only. You must not copy, record, download (beyond permitted access), share, resell, redistribute, or publicly display any material. Sharing login credentials or content is a serious breach and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, plus legal action.
4. Payments
Course fees are displayed on each product page and are subject to applicable taxes (GST). Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
5. Refund & Cancellation
Our courses are digital educational products. Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, fees are non-refundable. Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
6. AI Doubt Assistant
The IFRS AI Doubt Assistant is provided as a study aid to enrolled students. Its answers are generated from the course material and are for educational guidance only; they are not a substitute for professional advice or the official ICAI/ACCA curriculum. We do not guarantee that every answer is complete or error-free — always verify against your books and, where needed, reach out to Ranjay Sir. Misuse (e.g., automated abuse, off-topic flooding) may lead to restricted access.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranjay Mishra Classes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, courses, or the AI Assistant. Exam results depend on individual effort; we make no guarantee of any particular outcome.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
